Review content:
Had them do some work involving my shocks. Even gave them written instructions on what to do. They didnt follow the step by step instructions and managed to completely wreck my suspension. Had it fixed by a dealer, and Tire Works promised to reimburse me. After 2 months of talking to some ""manager"" (who apparently kept getting transferred to various stores), they finally had the gall to tell me they never worked on my shocks because the reciept said ""misc labor"". Thier corporate office is an exercise in futility. They pulled the ""Im sorry, I cant hear you, are you there?"" then hang up trick to not deal with irate customers. They are liars who hire incompetent mechanics.
