I had a father of a friend tell me he had been going here for decades. ""Decades you say?"" Well if they've stuck around that long, I thought there had to be something special about this place. Once I entered, I was shocked by the size of the place; it wasn't a very large shop. As I waited for the young lady working behind the counter to finish up with a customer the gentle owner promptly asked if I had been waited on. We spoke about my rather new shoes and their soles poor endurance for their hefty price. I could see that this man knew his craft. On my return to pick up the pair I was very pleased to see the work that was done. It was impeccably resoled and the shine was as shiny as my head.
Pros: Oldtime feel, Workmanship
