We used Mark Campbell to try to stop a foreclosure. Sharon from Mark Campbell Law was always there for us to talk to.
My husband had a stroke and I am my husband's conservator so I did not have a lot of time to go to the office and pick up papers that had to be signed. Many times I had to send my daughter and they were very understanding about that. They were very patient and I appreciate that.
Unfortunately the bank did foreclose on us because one paper got lost somewhere. I don't know if it was misplaced, dropped out, or lost but I don't blame anyone. I thought that they did a good job.
I thought Mark did a good job. The one thing I would recommend to people is that if they are trying to get out of foreclosure to be very careful and make sure all the right paperwork gets in and gets in on time.
