Review content:
I went to Beleza salon this past weekend for a highlight/low light. I have had my hair highlight this way for sometime. When I explained what I wanted my hairstylist went to discuss what I wanted with his manager. She came over and told me that I had not had my hair done like this. I was shocked ( at this point I should have left) Manager was very confrontational. Another girl came over and smoothed things over. They said it would be no problem. A highlight which usually takes 1 1/2 hours ended up taking 3 1/2 hours and when all was said and done they had done my hair completed different than what I wanted and how they wanted to do it. I will never go to this salon again and I hope to get the word out so that others don't experience this horrible customer service
