I went first for a minor outpatient procedure, the wait was horrible but the doctor seemed to be ok. \r
I went back for a followup and WHOA! Rude, dismissive, and 45 minute wait! Treated me like an idiot when I asked a simple question - actually snapped at me because I didn't know the exact name for the procedure I had - sorry doctor! They didn't seem to want to talk to me about anything - just get me out the door. When I asked about removing a small mole they just said it won't be covered by insurance...then I said I would pay for it myself and the doctor told me that you couldn't notice it. What? \r

I rarely go to doctors - I am not a hypochondriac so it's not like I even have a high standard for bedside manner but this was so bad it was funny. \r

The place is simply a clinic - it must be a volume business or something...who know and who cares. I won't go back. Too far east anyway - inconvenient location.
