It was almost like sitting through a bad film and for the length of time I waited, I could have seen one. \r
Rude, unprofessional and I probably would have been there for another 90 minutes if I hadn't started pacing the floor and finally asking, WHAT IS GOING ON?! Basically, it's a clinic not a private practice. These doctors have lost it and it shows in the people they put on the front lines. My doctor, Bergstrom (not on the recording and perhaps new), was quite pleasant. Seeing her was almost worth the wait time. I went there in a bit of a panic and she was courteous, caring and reassuring. Fast forward now 2 weeks and 6 days later and I have not heard from anyone regarding my results. I just made a call in and was told that she is out and that another doctor will be returning my results call. \r
Pros: Dr. Bergstrom
Cons: It appeared clean.
