University studios is definitely a newly renovated establishment. The studios are cozy. I found the staff really freindly and very accomodating to my stay-needs.I only had one service request which was completed by the next day. All in all, the neighbors were quiet - the parking was free. I loved working out at the gym which I was surprised to find- never crowded.The same goes for the game room. I wish I had stayed to see the coffee shop construction completed...All in all - I had a very pleasant stay here and definitely would recommend checking it out if you do not mind a small cozy apt. I infact already have a couple of people I recommended the place to and am happy to say - they are yet to be dissappointed.\r
