I recently saw that lincoln had really good rebates on their trucks. I decided I wanted one. I knew the color and options I wanted, and I knew the price, based on published information from Lincoln.\r \r First off, Pavillion was very difficult to make contact with. AT&T doesnt even have a listing for them in directory assistance.\r \r It took no less tha 3 phone calls to get a sales person on the phone.\r \r I called Pavillion, told them what I wanted buy, and asked when they could have it ready. I told them I wanted a black Lincoln truck, and that I had seen the offer buy Lincoln. The sales person told me that although he had a black one, he could not offer the rebate on it. He said he could give me the rebate on a blue one though.\r \r (now come on..... Rebates are not color specific...)\r \r Needless to say, I used the internet, found what I was looking for in Houstoun at Northwood Lincoln Mercury, flew to Houston, the sales person picked me up at the airport and I bought what I wanted, and got the rebate that was offered.\r \r I have never been treated so rudely in all of my life, by so many people in one location.\r \r The parts guy trying to sell me accessories 20% over msrp, because I didnt buy my truck from him was only the start.\r \r Charlie the service writer who (very rudely) told me that my front end on the truck was shaking because it had a flat spot on the tire. (he never even looked at it) He further told me to drive it for a couple of thousand miles and it would fix itself. Needless to say it didnt.\r \r I have been back to the service department 3 times to date, and so far my truck has yet to be looked at by a mechanic, or even driven by any of their employees. Nothing has bee done to fix any of the problems with my truck, and I have now taken it to my private mechanic, as there are no other Lincoln dealers in Austin.\r \r Before you buy, from anyone, take a look at how busy the dealer is. If they are not busy, there is probebly a reason. Go somewhere else. Pros: Not Very busy, so you can get in easily and then run the other way.............. Cons: Very Rude, poor selection, mostly used cars, felt like I was at a Kia dealership
