Review content:
I had used Sitzes on Butternut street before and was unhappy, I had no idea that he owned the one called Stonegate storage as well. When my daughter's Dad died, I took over his box, we were 6 weeks late on the rent. I tried to pay previous month and he sent it back, plus a certified, the late fees were over 40.00 for a small box, plus 30.00 for the certified and he guaged me for 344.00 to get back in a 50.00 a month unit, for being 6 weeks late. I talked to a lot of folks at my church and they had similiar experiences as well as some military guys that work out at the YMCA with me. Just be very careful, he may use his three little kids in the TV commercials to look family friendly but he was not very family oriented to my dfaughter as he threatened to throw her Dad's belongings, mostly pictures out in to the rain and to sell them in the newspaper and of course there is an extra charge for that as well. He enjoyed intimidating an 8 year old! Way to go Steve!!!! I go to the largest church in Abilene as do my parents and we have spread the word, we also spread the word to the local media. Pros: Nothing Cons: price, acess, rude employees, rude owner, excessive late fees and penalties, threats
