I have been to Grand several times now and LOVE the front house staff, they are super gracious and welcoming and always offer the standard cup of coffee, etc. I needed to get a brow wax and was able to quickly book it on Smedule for Grand Salon. April did the brow wax and not only did it look great, I didn't get any redness or puffiness, could go right out later that night. I look forward to returning to have April do my hair!
