My mother, Aunt, and I went to Patricia Buck's a couple of weeks ago to look for a Mother of the Bride dress for my wedding in July. We had read the reviews/warnings so we were prepared. All the negative reviews we read were right on the money! When we first entered the store we were told that we ha to take our shoes off and put on scuzzy dirty slippers because they didn't want to get the floor dirty. I guess would be understandable if the store was remotely clean! Our shoes would not have gotten the floor as dirty as our socks would have gotten if we didn't have our shoes on. They focus was more on the shoes than offering us customer service. Besides the dirt that causes my mother to have an allergic reaction in her eyes, the store was a disaster with boxes everywhere, dirty mirrors that did not allow you to see what you really looked like in the dress, outdated selection and dresses without pieces. To make matters worse my mother actually found a dress she liked but it had been discontinued in 2005... 4 years ago!! Nothing like not updating your selection! Once we had figured out that the dress was not being made anymore, Patricia said she was going to call the company to see if they might still have some available and she would call my mother back. She never got in touch with her and as I said it has been about 2 weeks. \r

So I guess to make a long story short do not go to this place!!!
