Review content:
We have had several bad experiences with this location; from cold food, to forgotten items, and bad service. Tonight we had ordered a large meal for the entire family. After receiving our order, we noticed SEVERAL items missing. We alerted the staff, who then only gave us part of what we were missing, when we informed them there were still missing items, they were very rude and told us to pull ahead and wait. When they came out with the forgotten items, we informed them again ""We are still missing our 10 piece"", frustrated they returned inside and brought us out our nuggets. While at home eating our now cold meal, I was giving my three year old son his four piece nugget, which he would not eat (Apparrently he is smarter than I) I took a bite in hopes of coaxing him into trying one. This is when I realized the nuggets were undercooked. I asked my wife to try her ten piece, they also did not taste right. She returned to the store (at this point very unhappy) to inform the shift manager, Lindsey of the problem. Lindsey inspected the nuggets for herself, informed my wife there was nothing wrong with them, and accused her in front of other customers she was ""A liar"" and then returned to her $2.00 for the nuggets. She would not even replace the cost for the four piece. Needless to say we will not be eating at any more McDonald restaurants owned by Kathy Setter Inc.
