I was checking out my old salon that i miss and saw all these reviews and had to respond. I use to work at this salon and had to leave due to travel time and my health. but i must say that this is the best salon i have ever worked at, its all about the customer and not about how much we can get from them or how fast we can get it done, and when i was hired i was on a trial period and they asked feed back from my customers to find out how i was doing, i became full time and loved my job and i was driving from simi valley everyday for this job, if it was as bad as people are saying i would not have bothered, but due to medical issues i had to stop, and since i have left there i have not been to another salon and i due my own nails because i have high standards and no one compares to LA Vie L'orange so if you are reading all the reviews well I recomend that you go and see for yourself and enjoy if you just want to relax and not talk then tell your tech and she will understand and comply, they dont know unless you tell them...
