Review content:
I had come from a long day of shopping with no results and decided to go to Nicole's bridal shop. I was coldly greeted by a man at the front desk holding an infact. I told him I would like to look at wedding dresses, he hesitated for a second then asked me if I had an appt. I replied no. At that time it was 4:00 and he informed me they closed at 5:00. Now I didn't necessarily feel like trying dresses on, but I did want to browse. He was not friendly at all. He acted as if I was intruding on his time holding his grandchild. The customer service was quite poor. He made me feel like I shouldn't have dared walked into the store. Oh did I mention that I'm a black woman.
Pros: nice shopping area
