Yes it can be very busy and the servers might seems a tad overworked but do yorself a favor and eat here. The Crab meat rangoon is the best anywhere, the celery salad is so simple yet so good and the Eliza's special chow mein is fantastic. I live in walnut creek and drive to the California st. location at least once a week. It is that good.
Pros: The best food, wonderful room, great price
Cons: rotten parking, busy staff
