I just got off the phone with the owner of the salon and I am shocked at how not intune she is to her customers or customer service. I have been going to Color Tess for my cut and color with RIta and I could not be happier with her work- infact so much so that I have refered 5 people. \r I have in the past gotten the Brazilian Kertain treatment done at a different salon. last week I went to Color Tess for that and Laura did a fabulous job. However the rest of the experience was so appauling!\r \r I had a 3pm appoint on a Friday. I walked in and it seamed no one was aware of my appointment. Laura was able to do it regardless which I appreciated. However after the 3 hour treatment, I was told by the receptionist that I really wasn't supposed to come in on a Friday and the only reason I was ""lucky enough"" that they let me stay was because they weren't as busy as usual. This annoyed me slightly but let it go. Then on Sunday I got a call telling me that I was late for my appointment at 3pm. So clearly someone at the salon had screwed up. I still have card with my appointment day and time that was written by the woman who made the appointment for me Friday June 5th 3:00pm.. \r I called Tess (the owner of the salon) to let her know the mistake and just that I was a little put off by the way the receptionist had approached the conversation about Fridays not allowing me to have the Brazilian treament done. \r I will continue to go to Rita for my color only becasue I think she is that good. But I hate to think I am putting money into Tess's pocket because she has no idea how to treat a customer. The people I have refered to that salon wont be bringing their business there anymore unless its for Rita.... I hope Rita goes to a different salon soon! \r In this economy they are lucky for every customer, but someone should train that owner in cusomter care.... ASAP...\r \r Pros: Rita- great colorist Laura- Great at Brazilian Treatment Cons: TERRIBLE CUSOTMER SERVICE
