I have a very needy English Bulldog - needs medication regularly as well a constant cleaning of the folds on her face. They know her name every time we bring her in and the dog NEVER gets nervous going into the store. She actually bounds out of the car pulling to get in. Like most pet owners in NYC - sometimes you need somewhere to keep your little friend safe - and I am quite happy doing it at PAWS in Chelsea.
