I spoke with the owner, Dave, twice on a Friday, he quoted me a price for a specific utility trailer. I showed up Saturday asked for Dave and was directed to a salesman. He tells the the price quoted was for a lesser trailer. The specific model quoted to me was $200 more! I was in a bind, time wise, and paid the higher price for the trailer I wanted. Called Dave on Monday to complain and request that he honor the quote he had made to me twice, 3 days earlier. He refused and then hung up on me when I pressed him to honor his word.
Buyer beware, I got stuck by a bait and switch, you've been warned.
Pros: Good selection of parts
