Review content:
We made our reservation over the phone, excited to be across from the beach for a reasonable price. We drove up to the former ""Welch's Grape Juice Family Summer Home"" to find it in very poor repair. The older Inn Keeper was quite nice so we agreed to see the room. Walking in, we witnessed a mildew/smoke smell, dirty carpets, and the house seemed to be broken up into boarding house type rooms. When we got to our reserved ""apartment"" with our own bathroom , we found the linen was mismatched and stiff, the bedspread was ripped and a big hole was stictched down the middle. Cob webs in the closet, the bureau drawers smelled. The bedroom overlooked the beach and had 4 windows with sheer curtains but no shades. We could not stay and left to find another Inn up the street which was clean and delightful.
Cons: Old dirty facility, dirty carpets, old ripped linen
