we took a loan out with this company and my husband didn't pay it back so we got a summons from quick loan 4 years after the loan was taken out. which ok we owe the money for money we have been sending the 25.00 a month which was agreed upon by nikki andrews, i wrote nikkie andres 4 letters requestion a rundown of our account and then i called her to ask for a rundown of our account and naturally she got rude to me, and then she finally she talked to my husband and told him that she was going to drop all interest charges and she thought at the time that we owed about 600.00,,, so we paid all of that 600.00 except for about 75.00 and i sent her a running account everyweek and when i sent that we owed her 75.00 only she wrote back and said "" I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH YOU SINCE THIS ACCOUNT IS FROM 2006 THERE IS ALWAYS ISSUES I WILL BE FILING A SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER TODAY WITH THE DAVIS COUNTY COURTS TO SEE HOW YOU WILL REPAY THIS DEBIT, THERE WILL BE A FEE OF 55.00 FOR THE SERVICE THAT IS NOT INCLUDE IN THIS BALANCE. THIS WOMAN HAS NOT HAS NOT WORKED WITH US IN SHAPE FORM OR WAY AND THIS TIME WE WILL BE TALKING TO THE JUDGE AND SHOWING HIM ALL THE PROOF WE HAVE THAT WE HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT ON THIS ACCOUNT.. SOMEBODY SHOULD LOOK INTO THE WAY THIS WOMAN DOES BUSINESS/
