This was my second home from a builder. The first one was a dream conpared to this company. Like the other reviewer stated. The builder accepted money for upgrades which it never did. When you discovered at closing they were not done. They would refund your money. The paint and other products used during construction were cheap and started to fall apart after\r
two years.Had over 100 warrenty repairs in the first year.\r
Paint problems, electrical, plumbing, ect. Installed cheap ""good neighbor"" fence which is falling appart.\r
Like to use cheap veneir cabinets. The veneirs started to boil up after a couple years. The builders sales rep continuely mislead you about the neighborhood, HOA restrictions and construction time. \r
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere..
Pros: warrenty service during 1st year only was good.
Cons: Didn't do upgrades, cheap products, excessive repairs
