My wife and I went in to overhauling our yard without knowing much about plants or flowers. The staff has educated us and made great suggestions on our numerous trips to Bates. They almost always had what we needed in stock, which is saying a lot considering the variety of plants we needed. They are our first choice for plants/flowers and for landscape experts.
