I've been living here going on 3 years and really can't complain. Anytime I've had an issue with something in the apt that needed fixed, it was seen to very quickly and efficiently. The maintenence crew is adept and quick to find resolution, even on weekends. If there is a complaint on the weekend, they are quick to resolve it. As long as you pay your rent and don't act crazy the management really doesn't bother you. They, like any other business expect the basic rules followed and they respect your right to privacy as a renter. The downside is some of the neighbors like to party and get a little loud, and if you say something then it can be hell on wheels with smart comments, but again, I'm sure if it were taken to managemnt it would be handled and their are a few scattered among the complex but not enough to make me want to move. The rent is reasonable and the apts are spacious. I would recommend this place to friends and have.
Pros: Not Bothered Much by Management
Cons: Neighbors who are too loud!
