Review content:
This is absolutely hands down THE worst experience I have EVER had with a doctors office of any kind. The office staff, although 'nice', are clearly as depressed as the patients that visit there. The on-call nurse doesn't return phone calls. This is not a one time issue, this is an EVERY TIME issue, resulting in sick people not getting their meds through absolutely no fault of their own. This is incredibly dangerous and outrageous. No one should have to call multiple times and chase down help. Aren't they supposed to be there to help? The nurses that actually see the patients are nice, but they're not the ones that return the majority of the calls. I am so fed up with these people, there are just no words. If this doesn't improve soon, I WILL report them to every place I can possibly find. If they are doing this to my family, who knows how many others are being completely neglected?
