I loved the classes; got results; I was hooked.
Then I went on a one week vacation and am getting no responses to my emails and voice mails so that I can get reinstated. The policy is that if you are on vacation, you forfeit your place so that if someone else wants that recurring slot, they get it. I have been a 2-session per week customer for 6 months, plus 9 private sessions. I think I'm a good customer . . . but I feel like I have been black-balled and don't know why.
