I bought a beautiful black onyx ring and necklace and the owner was cool until the onyx fell out of the setting a week later and notices that the gem in the ring was loose as well. I took it back to the store to see if the owner could fix it and said he did not recognize the jewelry at all. I pointed out the unique jewelry box he sold me too which I had with me and said they were sold everywhere. Nice jewelry but if it breaks or doesn't hold up he will deny he sold it to you or even recognition. The owner even went as far as telling me that the ring was weird and he sold it to me!!!
