While this was one of my favorite bakeries for a number of years, amazingly they have seeminly fell out of my grace. Make My Cake has some of the best tasting cake around however they have seeminly loss site of what made them sucessful. Beside the good cake it was good customer service, which they have seemingly loss.\r

While on a recent visit I watch the cashier as she served customer and between orders was scratching. People in food service should be aware of all their movement. Now, while I could have mentioned this to her she would have probably got an attitude.\r

As I talk to people in the neighborhood I found that make my cake does not open on time, so mornings are not good at all. Pick-ups should be done the previous night. One individual arrive to work at 10am waiting for them to open. According to staff the doors open at 8:30am, but that remains to be seen. The staff attitude is as if they are doing you a favor.\r

Although the cakes taste great and you can get any design or picture you want, you will be charge for everything -- no corners! If cusromer service doesn't amtter to you and you like paying high prices for less then perfect service then this is place for you.
Pros: The Cakes taste great!
