Despite my delay, I called to have an arrangement made for my mom on Mother's Day and the shop was happy to fulfill the order today; however, the associate complained on the phone about all the orders they had to do today during our conversation. It felt like she didn't have time for my request. \r

I asked again if this was something they could do and she said no problem but that they had limited inventory of options. I began to ask questions regarding colors, etc and design and she seemed overwhelmed, she then exclaimed ""I'm not going to take this order!"" Regardless of how stressful this holiday may be I atleast hoped for a little more professional and positive attitude. It's Mother's Day weekend! ; )
