Review content:
R&T Hood and Duct Services showed up a little bit early. We arranged for 9:00, and they were here at 8:30, which meant they had to wait because we were still open at that point. As far as the hood cleaning itself, they did a very nice job. It looks great, and they were nice, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards.
There are two negatives I have. First, they put a sticker on the hood saying it had been cleaned, but it didn't have a date stamp, so I had to call back for a second sticker. Second, they also broke a light in the hood during the cleaning, which would be fine if they took care of it, but they didn't mention it to me. I had to call them to get a new one sent out, and it hasn't come yet.
Other than these small things, it was a good experience. They did a great job, and they were very nice and helpful.
