I went to Jasper's for the first time - However, what astounded me was the Cook went outside (left the grill unsupervised) to his car to do something, talked to some friends outside, them went back to cooking...mind you- NOT cleaning his hands. The girl who I assumed was the supervior or manager for the night - did the unimaginable. Those same outside friends had a dog. She went outside to talk to them as well (the enitre cooking area left unattended) but she actually pet the dog, and touched just about every things outside. When she came back in she...guess...DID NOT wash her hands. In addition moments later.. those same friends said there goodbyes bringing the dog inside the resturant...and guess.. She petted the dog paws I watched as the dog opened his mouth and her fingers in them..... She DID NOT wash her hands afterwards. Their burgers may not have sickened us...but my family and I will never go back. Someone will eventually get real sick there - They need to be inspected!!
