Hello, Thank you for your comment. Since this incident, we have implemented a number of procedures to reduce such occurrences. All LSV valet attendants are ran through thorough background checks, drug testing, and DMV records before they are hired. We also conduct a series of auditing programs to ensure all the attendants are operating within protocol. We have developed a claims procedure to handle all inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, our customer service training and recognition program has been implemented to ensure exceptional service. Thank you for choosing Lone Star Valet and we hope to service you again soon.
