I've been going to this facility for over 5 years. Never a problem. Always on time and when not - Yuval, the manager, provides me with a rental car AT HIS EXPENSE. Nobody's perfect but it sound like the first comment is a personal one. I've reffered many of my co-workers and friends here in Century City to this place and as of today everyone is happy. I recommend them and suggest to everyone to judge for yourself and not rely on someone bad-mouthing another person or business. Regardless of proffession.
Pros: Done right the first time !
Cons: Limited space facility, but they cover the parking as well...
