Review content:
I went to this school in San Antonio for a root touch up and cut. Weeks later I'm still angry and very frustrated. The student had NO idea what she was doing and should not have been left unattended. I wanted an allover 2 inch trim but she hacked off a wide chunk of my mid-back length hair before I or an instructor could stop her. Nothing could be done to fix it, except to TRY to shape it up which made it even shorter. Now I can barely make a 2 inch ponytail. The color is now boring brown even though my hair is (was) auburn.\r Maybe they do great manicures etc. but RUN don't walk from the S.A. school if you want a hair cut you don't have to hide under a hat for 3 or more months. \r \r
