A friend of mine bought two brand new Mercury 115 hp EFI 4 stroke motors from Pine Crest a year ago. They were defective out of the box. Pine Crest insisted on repairing the motors instead of replacing them. They even told my friend that they were going out of business and he would have to deal with Mercury directly. Just to get rid of him. They are still in business. They acted like they were Bill's best friends when they took his money. Once the motors were paid in full, they had nothing to do with him.
