I started taking my son to this daycare when he was 7 months old. I loved the teacher that was in the baby room, Ms Juanita. When my son was moved to the toddler room the problems started. From my son having a different teacher every other month to little by little teenagers started taking over. When the young girls started watching my sons class the injuries started from scratches on his face to bites on his back and most of the time they never noticed till I ask why he had a certain injury. What finally pushed me over the edge was I picked up my son one evening and my son had a black eye almost swollan shut and when I asked Marissa the so called certified person she just had the deer in headlights look and she said she had not even noticed his eye. She could not give me an explinaiton on what happened she said at the end of the day she is left with so many kids that she cant keep up with who gets hurt. Are you kidding me?!?!?! That is her job!! When I spoke with the director Melissa the next morning she was more concered about something she was looking for in some box then what I had to say. She said she would find out what happened to my son and call, Im still waiting on her call. I thought as the director of the daycare her first concern would be the safety of the children, I guess I was wrong!! I have yet to find out what happened to my sons eye!
