Businiess name:  Pastoral Korean Restaurant

Review content:
I went to this restaurant twice and do not plan on going there again. The first time I went, I ordered rice/dumpling soup, and it was just ok. The second time I went, I ordered ddukbokki (spicy rice cake dish), and it was absolutely disgusting. Ddukbokki is supposed to be moist and tasty, but mine was dry, you could see the specks of red pepper dried to the rice cakes. The sauce was watery and tasteless. I basically ate some rice and some of the side dishes for lunch. My friend ordered spicy squid over rice...I tasted some and it was again, absolutely disgusting. They asked if I wanted to take the rest of the ddukbokki home...yeah right! There were hardly any customers...that should've been a sign. The ambience is nice, but really, I'm ashamed to call the place a representation of Korean food in Philly. Pros: ambience Cons: food. go to Giwa (though they don't have as much selection)
