Completely dishonest and deceptive staff. My husband and I both rented cars within a week of eachother, and were told different policies on paying for gas. My husband was charged a fee for a full tank of gas that he didn't use, and wasn't notified he was being charged for the gas until he received his bank statement. Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was told (after my online payment totaled $70) that i had to pay for a full tank of gas and was prohibited from adding gas to myself from external vendors. I only had a 3 day car rental and of course had no need to pay for a full tank of gas, and ended up paying upwards of $50 dollars for gas that stayed in their car. Their online payment representation was completely deceptive and their staff was unsympathetic when I expressed my concerns. I was also given innacurate information about insurance coverage from their staff. Avoid this place!
