WARNING! This place is a hustle. When I picked up the car (20 minutes outside the airport) they did the 'walk around' and notated over 35 (35!!!!) dings and dents so I would not be responsible for this trashed vehicle. I did not use their insurance, opting for my Signature Card visa and this got them bent. So, upon return they conveniently found two chips in the windshiled that were my repsonsibility at $50 (CASH!) per chip. Clearly this was in appropriate and, of course, I had a plane to catch. But I was able to ward off 2 couples at the shuttle pick-up and got them to reconsider. Betty W. owns this franchise and her agency is not even listed on the Payless locater web page. Pay $2 ;more and go with the reliable folks.
