No accidents, and all of a sudden, two in 1 year! My insurance gave me some names, and so I went here. My first car came back looking GREAT! They were helpful, and very flexible with pick-up times, etc. They even did a little extra repair for free, AFTER I'd already paid them, and they had no obligation to help me. THAT'S how nice these people are! \r
I deal with MANY people on a daily basis, and the owners here are genuine, and I DON'T get the feeling that they're trying to rip me off. They're honest and sincere, and definitely very straightforward. Very willing to work with you, on your budget. Going to pick up my second car on Monday, I bet it'll come back looking better than new!
Pros: close to train station in dowtown Mountain View
Cons: not much parking, but the street is very wide, can park there.
