the ypsilanti store was one of the best for a few years until recently when a new store manager took charge.he is driven purly by a big ego and a power trip.thus firing a lot of good employees that made us customers happy and glad to return to the store.particuly a customer service manager who really took an interest in the ypsilanti store and its success.many time i visited the store and if he wasnt making us feel important ,he was making other customers and associates feel good. always laughing and taking care of business. unfortunly he is now gone. thanks to the new manager of the store. rasphberries to your ypsilanti store.should of left your associates alone. they run the store.that is who the customers deal with every day.i now shop at belleville. other walmart stores are cleaner and better stocked than the ypsilanti store. but being that i shop at bellville now ,i am able to find many items at lower prices still at a better deal than most retailers. walmart is still a good place to shop , if you shop other than ypsilanti.
