Horrible experience!!! Went to the Southfield Telegraph location on Friday, August 8, 2009 for lunch and parallel parked between a mini-van and older model SUV along the side of the restaurant. I lightly bumped the cars in order to get into the space, and (as expected since I barely tapped the cars) no damage was made to my vehicle or the other two. While leaving, I noticed that the entire staff was staring and snickering as I walked out the door. Apparently, they were all anticipating the altercation I was to walk into when I arrived at my car. Dee and Anna (as their name badges stated) were waiting for me to exit and began to irately yell to me that they watched me wreck their cars. Dee had a front dent in her fender that she tried to frame me for (our bumpers didn’t even line up). Anna cussed me (“kiss my @##”) and told me not to park there because that was for the employees. There were no signs stating such. I called the manager after getting out of there safely (thank God). Once I began my complaint, he totally took over the conversation and commenced to tell me that I ran into their cars so he allowed them to come out and wait for me. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise to voice any type of complaint. I’ve called the main office THREE times since that date to contact any of the owners. Obviously, they don’t care to address my horrible experience at this location. I was asked by Tim’s (apparently one of the owners) assistant, “What do you want, an apology?”
