I would rate this company a zero if zero was an option. The staff is very unfriendly and uncaring. They want to tell you what they cannot do then what they can do help. When you try to go to them with a problem they don't care. They report owner occupancy incorrectly which caused not to get a loan. Another person almost go into foreclosure. They are most unhelp, unfriendly, and rude people. You cannot even speak to the owner. The gate keeper upfront is very rude and unhelpful. I don't know how this company is still in business. They have some of the highest HOA fees plus the buildings they manage are not well kepted.Maintance is lacking on most of the buildings they manage.\r
