Review content:
I have used them for several years. I have had an issue off and on for several years where my AC was not working and I was losing anti-freeze. I took it in several times and they told me to take it to a cooling system specialist; who advised me it was a head gasket leak. Why JT couldn't figure that out, I am not sure, but I took it back to them to have the head gasket work done. After $800.00 worth of work, my auxiliary fan was still staying on, which was a problem they had supposedly fixed previously. They told me I needed a new CPU which would be another $500-$600. By troubleshooting myself, I determined it was actually electrical, not computer. I was looking around in the engine compartment and noticed they had gone to the trouble to take a test light, cover it with electrical tape, so it wouldn't light up and spliced into my fuse box and rigged it so that fan would stay on all the time. This is blatant betrayal and dishonesty considering how much of my business I have given them and that I have referred people to them for service. Never again and I will make sure everyone knows about it!!!
Pros: I thought they were being honest
Cons: The conned me
