Businiess name:  3 Day Blinds

Review content:
I installed 3 day blinds in my house about 10 years ago and I have to share my bad experience with them to warn others about it. I have horizaontal blinds and about 15 of them. About 1 year after installation, I started to experience cords breaking at the top of pretty much all blinds. I found that the cords were wrapped around sharp metal edges of actuating mechanism inside the top frame. It was obvious why they would all break. I am not sure what the manufacturer was thinking but they were basically made to last only a year or so. 3day blind showroom near my house eventually closed down so I can no longer take the blinds there to fix it. So, I ended up fixing them all myself. But, I have to warn others about buying their product. They used to send parts for free under warranty but now they charge $12 processing fee. Best thing to do is to stay a way from 3 day blinds. When you buy other brands, make sure to look inside the frame and see how the cords are held. Make sure the cords are designed to be held together reliably. If they are wrapped around sharp edges like 3 day blinds, do not buy that brand.
