In 2009, Tessmer kicked the family's three-year-old labradoodle, Zorro so severely, the dog died the following day. At the time Tessmer's son was eleven-years-old, and his daughter was seven. Both children watched in horror. The situation came to the attention of the authorities when the son wrote in an afterschool childcare program, ""My dad is a killer""\r

He should be in JAIL and had to pay fines as well as mandatory counseling for his kids. If he can do that to his dog....his kids are next. Utterly ridiculous!
