2 months i have stayed here i have seen the cops arresting people 5 times. drunk drivers running over people with their cars, fights, their was even a murder not an accident someone went to go shoot someone and took someones life. this place is not safe for families with kids, or any kind of families, unless this place hires a personal security, owner doesnt like to invest on his property, they have old gates that dont work and have not been fixed in years, but stuff happens almost every weekend. this place is not safe. its very good on their pricing but is not worth it, go somewhere else.
Pros: space is good, good workers
Cons: bad neighborhood
