I recently relocated to Philadelphia for a new position. One of the women in my firm always had a great cut and color and I asked for a recommendation. She told me about Jeffrey Moffett at Pileggi and now people stop me and ask where I get my hair done. Jeffrey is a master when it comes to color. He custom blended highlights and lowlights that are spectacular together. And my cut is really unique, not the cookie cutter hairdo that 95% of women in my age group have. The one other thing that speaks volumes about Jeffrey's professionalism is that he actually called me a day or 2 later and asked if I was happy with my cut and color. I have never had that happen -- this guy's a real pro. If you’re new in town or lived here all your life, make an appointment with Jeffrey Moffet and people will be stopping you on the street as well.\r
