Review content:
After meeting Bryan Slaven, The Texas Gourmet, and being introduced to his product line, we took the time to modify some of our recipes and include some of Bryan's products. By doing so, we were able to come up with some fantastic new recipes that helped us both in competition and catering. We have been competing since 1987 professionally in the Barbecue circuit, and with the addition of The Texas Gourmet products, we have been able to win more consistently than before. So those of you out there looking to kick up or spice up your old recipes, turn to the Texas Gourmet because they are a proven product with sweet meat barbecue of Texas.
