Review content:
We purchased our appliances for our new home from Mountainland Design 5 years ago. At that time the pricing was the best that we could find. The appliances were in stock and delivered on time. You never know if you got a good deal until something goes wrong. Our Kitchen Aid front loading washer went out on us. I spoke with several local repair people and they all told me that it was a lost cause and that I should just get a new one. I called and talked to Tiffany at Mountainland explaining that we needed to come in and pick out a new washing machine. She told me that I needed to check one more repair man first and she gave me a name and number. I called and found out that our washer was under warranty. All of the parts were covered and most of the inside of the washer was replaced. I had to pay the labor but that was much less then a new washer. Tiffany knew that I was intending to buy and could have easily sold me a new machine and I would have never known the difference. NOW THATS SERVICE!! Thank you so much and when we need anything else I wont even bother spending the time to shop. I will head straight to Mountainland. Thanks Tiffany.
