I bought my Chrysler Seabring in July of 2006 when I found I was about to be a single mom. On 2-24-2007 I finally had the money from my taxes to get my car detailed inside and out. My plan was to keep my car up so that I can easily trade it in for an upgrade in a year. I went there prior to Saturday to get information on price and details of what was included in the cleaning. When I interupted the only two workers I saw to inquire of info, they were rude. This should have been a warning. But everyone is entitled to a bad day right? That Saturday, I attempted again for info but now the workers were too busy. I paid in advance and had 3 1/2 hours quality time with my son. I came back; my car done; I first glanced on the side, then worked my way to the back to find black markings around the trunk. I tried to smudge it with my fingers thinking it would come off only to find something had DEEPLY scraped the metal. The worker stated this was there already. At first I thought this just might be a misunderstanding but the manager even said the markings were there before I took the car there. I cannot believe I spent 150.00 prepaid to take care of my car only to have to turn around and spend about 300.00 to fix their damages. It looks as if maybe going through the car wash one of the pads might have came off and the metal scraped my car? They showed no remorse. They did not want to give me the owners name. Arturo the manager did not offer to take anything off. It is basically my word against theirs. I dont understand how come they dont have a system that checks for damages first so this kind of thing is nipped in the bud. I didnt think I had to do that myself. Next time as this is a learning lesson. I was very offended as he basically called me a liar. I am not an actress! The police stated it was nothing they can do as this was no civil. I take care of my things. I'm not the type to try to get something for free. I did not deserve this. Pros: It was close to my house. Cons: The damage cars and the staff lie.
